Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – UAE

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for their client in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical digital platforms. Domain / Sub-domain: SRE, observability, incident management. You will manage SLIs/SLOs, capacity planning, and performance tuning for distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, scripting (Python/Bash) and IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible is required. You will implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. You will participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortem reviews. Experience with chaos engineering, reliability testing, and production hardening is preferred. Strong collaboration with development and platform engineering teams is essential. Excellent problem-solving abilities and an ownership mindset are required.

Salary: AED 24,250 – 32,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
