Senior MLOps Engineer

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Senior MLOps Engineer for their client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.We are looking for senior MLOps and AI Platform Engineers with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant software, DevOps, cloud, or Machine Learning infrastructure experience, including proven responsibility for deploying and operating ML workloads within production environments. The Senior MLOps Engineer will create and maintain the engineering ecosystem that enables AI teams to move models rapidly and safely from development into production. Build standardized workflows covering experimentation, model versioning, automated testing, validation, deployment, rollback and retraining while eliminating manual processes that slow the Machine Learning lifecycle. Design and administer Kubernetes-based AI environments and develop reliable model-serving infrastructure capable of supporting multiple production workloads. Establish mechanisms for experiment tracking, artifact management, model registries and reproducible training and ensure Data Scientists and ML Engineers can work within standardized development environments. Implement comprehensive observability across both models and infrastructure, tracking latency, availability, GPU utilization, failures, data drift and model performance and creating automated alerts where intervention is required. Optimize cloud and GPU infrastructure to improve utilization and control the potentially significant cost associated with AI training and inference. Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, Data and Software Engineering teams to integrate AI platforms with wider enterprise technology environments while ensuring appropriate security and access controls. Continuously improve CI/CD and infrastructure automation and establish reusable MLOps patterns that allow new AI products to reach production faster without compromising reliability or governance.

Salary : AED 40,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
