Senior MLOps Engineer – AI Infrastructure & Model Deployment

Davidson Tech Recruitment have been mandated to recruit a Senior MLOps Engineer for an AI-focused technology organisation in Abu Dhabi. This position is designed for an engineer who understands both Machine Learning systems and the infrastructure required to deploy, monitor and operate them reliably at scale. The successful candidate will design and maintain automated ML pipelines, model training and inference environments, model registries, deployment workflows, experiment tracking, monitoring systems and scalable cloud infrastructure. Candidates must possess strong practical experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow or equivalent MLOps platforms, cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code. Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning or comparable managed ML platforms would be highly advantageous. The role will involve model versioning, automated testing, performance monitoring, drift detection, retraining workflows, inference optimisation, GPU resource management and deployment of both traditional ML models and Large Language Models. Candidates should understand cloud computing costs, resource allocation, model-serving performance, security, scalability and operational reliability. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical discipline is required. Davidson will prioritise candidates with demonstrable experience deploying and operating production ML systems, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to experimentation, model training or notebook-based development.

Salary : Aed 45,000 per month plus benefits  (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
