Senior Manager – AI & Machine Learning Delivery

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Senior Manager – AI & Machine Learning Delivery for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced AI and Machine Learning professionals with approximately 8 to 12 years of progressive technology experience, including proven responsibility for leading complex enterprise AI/ML programs and multidisciplinary technical teams. Candidates should combine a strong understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, data science, MLOps, cloud platforms and production AI systems with excellent program delivery and senior stakeholder management capabilities. The Senior Manager – AI & Machine Learning Delivery will take ownership of multiple AI initiatives from initial business requirement and use-case definition through solution design, development, production deployment and measurement of business outcomes. Lead teams comprising AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers and Architects and establish clear delivery milestones, technical dependencies and performance measures across concurrent projects. Work closely with business leaders to prioritize AI opportunities based on feasibility, strategic importance, expected ROI and implementation complexity and ensure projects move beyond proof-of-concept into scalable production solutions. Oversee project budgets, resources, external technology partners, delivery risks and executive reporting while maintaining appropriate standards around model performance, security, responsible AI, data privacy and governance. Establish delivery frameworks that improve the speed and consistency with which AI products reach production and monitor post-deployment adoption and commercial impact. Candidates with previous experience delivering large-scale AI transformation programs within leading technology companies, consulting organizations, government entities or major enterprises in the GCC will have an advantage.

Salary : SAR 45,000 to 60,000 per month plus family benefits and performance incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
