Senior DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – AI Platforms

Davidson Tech Recruitment have been mandated to recruit a Senior DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for their client in Abu Dhabi. The position requires an experienced infrastructure professional capable of independently managing, automating, securing and scaling cloud environments supporting enterprise software and AI-powered applications. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), with additional Microsoft Azure experience considered a significant advantage. The successful candidate will take responsibility for GitHub administration, CI/CD pipeline design and management, infrastructure provisioning, cloud deployment, monitoring, security, performance optimisation, operational reliability and production support. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, scripting, infrastructure automation and observability platforms is highly desirable. Candidates must understand cloud infrastructure costing, capacity planning, infrastructure dimensioning, resource utilisation, high availability, disaster recovery and cost optimisation. Experience managing cloud infrastructure for AI/ML applications, model-serving environments, containerised applications, data pipelines and production AI workloads would be advantageous. The role requires someone who can proactively identify infrastructure inefficiencies, improve deployment processes, troubleshoot production incidents and collaborate closely with software developers and AI engineers. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required, with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes or Terraform certifications considered advantageous. Davidson will prioritise candidates who can demonstrate cloud environments and automated deployment pipelines they have personally designed, implemented and maintained in production.

Salary : Aed 42,000 per month plus benefits  (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
