Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Senior Computer Vision Engineer for their client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for Computer Vision Engineers with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience designing, training, optimizing, and deploying computer vision models into production environments. The Senior Computer Vision Engineer will develop visual AI systems capable of extracting actionable intelligence from images and video across demanding real-world environments. Build and refine Deep Learning models for detection, recognition, segmentation, classification, tracking and intelligent video analytics using technologies including PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO and Vision Transformers. Take ownership of the engineering process from dataset analysis and annotation strategy through training, validation, optimization and final deployment. Establish augmentation and evaluation methodologies appropriate to each use case and investigate model failures to improve accuracy and robustness across varying environmental conditions. Optimize models using technologies such as ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA and quantization where appropriate to meet demanding latency and throughput requirements. Deploy solutions across cloud, GPU, edge and embedded environments and collaborate with Software Engineers and MLOps specialists to integrate Computer Vision capabilities into larger applications and production platforms. Evaluate Vision Transformers, multimodal architectures and Vision Language Models and determine when these approaches provide genuine improvements over conventional Computer Vision techniques. Contribute to technical architecture discussions, conduct code and model reviews, mentor junior engineers and help establish development standards that ensure Computer Vision solutions remain scalable, maintainable and reliable after deployment.

Salary : AED 50,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
