Senior AI / ML Engineer – UAE (Fintech)

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Senior AI / ML Engineer for their client in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Senior AI / ML Engineer. You will design, build and deploy production-grade machine learning models powering risk, pricing and personalization use cases for a leading fintech. Domain / Sub-domain: Digital banking, credit scoring, customer personalization, fraud analytics. Key responsibilities include building end-to-end ML pipelines, feature engineering, model performance monitoring, and A/B testing. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, TensorFlow or PyTorch, scikit-learn, and MLflow is essential. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containers (Docker) and CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions) is required. You should be comfortable working with large-scale data (Spark, Kafka) and structured/unstructured datasets. Strong background in statistics, model explainability, and responsible AI practices is expected. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science or related field is mandatory; fintech experience is a strong plus. Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience working in cross-functional agile teams are required.

Salary: AED 28,750 – 41,000 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
