Robotics Software Engineer – Saudi Arabia

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Robotics Software Engineer for their client in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced Robotics Software Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. You will build software for autonomous and semi-autonomous robotic systems used in logistics and industrial environments. Domain / Sub-domain: Robotics, automation, autonomy stack. You will work on perception, control, localization, and navigation modules. Experience with ROS/ROS2, C++, and Python is mandatory. You will integrate LiDAR, cameras, and IMUs, and work with simulation tools such as Gazebo and RViz. Knowledge of path planning algorithms and real-time systems is required. You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, and AI teams to deliver production-ready solutions. Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or oil & gas robotics is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach are essential.

Salary: AED 27,750 – 38,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after interviews.)
