Principal AI Engineer

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Principal AL Engineer - telecom Networks & Customer Operations.A telecommunications operator generates enormous volumes of network, subscriber, billing, service and customer-interaction data. Davidson Tech Recruitment is searching for a Principal AI Engineer capable of turning that data into operational intelligence and automated decision-making. The role may cover network fault prediction, anomaly detection, service assurance, intelligent network operations, customer churn, next-best-action, contact-centre AI, field-service support and autonomous agents capable of resolving multi-stage operational requests. Telecom experience is a core selection criterion. Candidates who understand OSS/BSS, subscriber lifecycle, network operations, billing, CRM, service assurance or telecom infrastructure will have a clear advantage over otherwise strong generic AI engineers. The technical profile may combine machine learning and time-series analytics with modern Generative AI: Python, LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs, databases, anomaly detection and enterprise integration. A degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, AI or Software Engineering is expected. Davidson will ask shortlisted candidates to walk through previous telecom AI deployments in detail—what network or commercial problem existed, what data was available, what they built themselves and what changed after implementation.

Salary : Aed 55,000 per month plus benefits  (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
