NLP / LLM Engineer – Saudi Arabia

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit an NLP / LLM Engineer for their client in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an NLP / LLM Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing NLP and LLM-based solutions for Arabic and English text processing, search, and chatbot applications. Domain / Sub-domain: NLP, information retrieval, conversational AI. You will work on tokenization, embeddings, RAG pipelines, text classification, summarization, and semantic search. Hands-on experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem, Transformers, vector databases, and search engines such as Elastic or OpenSearch is required. Strong experience in building bilingual models and handling Arabic morphology is essential. You will collaborate with product and UX teams to design conversational flows and define evaluation metrics. Knowledge of LLM safety, bias mitigation, and prompt evaluation is expected. Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for deploying and scaling NLP systems is required. An academic or industry background in computational linguistics or related fields is preferred.

Salary: AED 29,750 – 38,000 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
