MLOps Engineer – UAE (Multi-Cloud)

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit an MLOps Engineer for their client in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an MLOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field. In this role, you will industrialize machine learning and GenAI workloads, ensuring reliable model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Domain / Sub-domain: Enterprise AI platforms, multi-cloud MLOps. You will build CI/CD pipelines for ML using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure ML. A strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and microservices is mandatory. You will implement model observability (including data drift, performance, and latency tracking) and automated retraining workflows. Hands-on experience with Git, feature stores, experiment tracking, and IaC tools such as Terraform is required. Experience with ML security best practices and secrets management tools is essential. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, platform teams, and InfoSec to ensure alignment with standards. Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, along with proficiency in Linux environments, are required.

Salary: AED 27,750 – 38,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
