IT Project Manager – Kuwait (Digital Transformation)

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit an IT Project Manager for their client in Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and application modernization projects. Domain / Sub-domain: Digital channels, ERP/CRM rollouts, cloud migrations. You will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models is required. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred. You will track benefits realization, adoption, and change-management activities. Experience working in banking, government, or large enterprises in the GCC is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary: AED 38,750 – 51,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
