IT Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit an IT Manager for their client in Abu Dhabi, UAE which is a large logistics and supply chain organization operating complex warehousing, transportation, distribution, and freight operations across the region. We are looking for experienced IT Managers with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive Information Technology experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in an IT management role within logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, or another operationally intensive organization. Candidates should possess strong experience across enterprise IT infrastructure, ERP and logistics applications, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, IT service management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology vendor management. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring that technology infrastructure and business-critical systems remain secure, reliable, scalable, and continuously available to support warehouse, fleet, transportation, distribution, and corporate operations. Manage servers, networks, cloud environments, enterprise applications, end-user computing, telecommunications, cybersecurity controls, backups, disaster recovery, and IT support while maintaining appropriate SLAs across multiple operational locations. Work closely with Operations, Warehousing, Fleet, Finance, Procurement, and senior management to identify technology requirements and introduce automation and digital solutions capable of improving shipment visibility, inventory accuracy, fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and customer service. Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP, WMS, TMS, GPS/fleet tracking, handheld mobility, barcode/RFID, EDI/API integrations, and other logistics technology platforms. Manage IT budgets, technology procurement, licensing, infrastructure upgrades, vendors, managed service providers, and IT projects while establishing appropriate IT governance, cybersecurity, access management, incident response, and business continuity frameworks. Lead and develop the internal IT team, establish measurable service KPIs, and ensure technology capabilities evolve in line with the organization's operational growth and digital transformation strategy.

Salary : Aed 35,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
