Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Healthcare AI Solutions Engineer - Clinical & Hospital Automation.A major UAE healthcare organization is looking beyond conventional hospital digitalisation and intends to use Generative AI and intelligent automation across clinical and administrative operations. Davidson Tech Recruitment is seeking an experienced Healthcare AI Solutions Engineer capable of turning those ambitions into working applications. The engineer could work across physician documentation, medical-record summarisation, patient communication, clinical knowledge retrieval, revenue-cycle workflows, claims, prior authorisation, appointment management, operational dashboards and intelligent processing of healthcare documents. This role requires someone who already understands how healthcare organisations operate. Experience working with hospitals, healthcare groups, HealthTech companies, medical insurers or healthcare platforms is therefore essential. Exposure to EHR/EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS/PACS, interoperability, healthcare data or clinical workflows will carry significant weight. Technically, candidates should be strong hands-on developers across Python, Generative AI, RAG, LLM orchestration, vector databases, APIs, agents, structured data, document intelligence and enterprise integrations. Because these systems can interact with sensitive clinical information, candidates must also understand privacy, security, auditability, accuracy and human oversight. Relevant degrees may include Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics or related disciplines. Davidson will prioritize candidates who can demonstrate healthcare AI systems already deployed or piloted in real healthcare environments and clearly distinguish their own engineering contribution from that of the wider team.

Salary : Aed 48,000 per month plus benefits  (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
