Head of Data & AI – UAE

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Head of Data & AI for their client in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Data & AI with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. You will define and execute the data and AI strategy for a diversified regional group. Domain / Sub-domain: Data platforms, advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI. You will build and lead teams across data engineering, BI, data science, and MLOps. Experience in establishing data governance, data architecture, and operating models is required. You will be responsible for prioritizing high-impact use cases and driving measurable business value. Strong executive stakeholder management and board-level communication skills are essential. You will manage budgets, vendors, and technology selection for the organization’s data stack. Experience working in multi-country GCC organizations is highly desirable. An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

Salary: AED 44,750 – 61,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
