Head / Director of Artificial Intelligence

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit senior AI Leadership professionals for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for accomplished Artificial Intelligence leaders with approximately 12 to 18 years of progressive technology experience and a demonstrated record of building AI capabilities, leading multidisciplinary technical teams and successfully deploying enterprise AI solutions at scale. The successful candidate will define the organization's AI vision and translate it into a prioritized roadmap covering Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, advanced analytics and intelligent automation. Identify high-value use cases across the organization, determine investment priorities and establish measurable commercial and operational outcomes for AI initiatives. Build and lead teams comprising AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Architects and MLOps professionals while establishing engineering, governance and responsible AI standards. Work directly with executive leadership to determine how Artificial Intelligence can improve revenue, productivity, customer experience and decision-making and ensure successful initiatives progress beyond proof-of-concept into enterprise production. Evaluate strategic technology partners, platforms and foundation models and provide executive oversight of major AI programs, budgets, talent strategy and organizational capability development.

Salary : SAR 50,000 to 65,000 per month plus family benefits and performance incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
