Generative AI Specialist

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit Generative AI Specialists for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced GenAI professionals with a strong background in Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing and production AI applications. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on expertise across LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, model evaluation, fine-tuning and modern frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent technologies. The Generative AI Specialist will develop enterprise-grade applications powered by foundation models and LLMs, including intelligent assistants, knowledge retrieval platforms, document intelligence solutions, workflow automation and AI agents. Design RAG architectures, develop retrieval and ranking strategies, optimize prompts and context management, evaluate different commercial and open-source models and establish systematic methods for measuring accuracy, hallucination, latency and cost. Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and business teams to convert GenAI concepts into secure and scalable production applications. Experience with Agentic AI, multimodal models, LLMOps, model guardrails, responsible AI and deployment of GenAI solutions within large enterprise environments would be highly advantageous.

Salary : SAR 30,000 to 45,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
