Generative AI Engineer

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Generative AI Engineer - Digital Commerce & Personalization for a consumer-facing organization looking to transform the way customers discover, select and purchase products. Rather than focusing predominantly on back-office automation, this appointment sits close to revenue: intelligent product discovery, conversational commerce, recommendation and personalisation, customer-service agents, product-content automation, merchandising intelligence and marketing workflows. Behind the customer experience, the engineer may also work on demand forecasting, inventory intelligence, pricing, promotion optimisation and management analytics. The ideal candidate has already built AI for a retailer, marketplace, e-commerce platform or large consumer business and understands concepts such as conversion, SKU catalogues, basket value, inventory, promotions, fulfilment, retention and customer lifetime value. We need strong practical engineering across LLMs, Python, recommendation/search technologies, embeddings, vector databases, APIs, agents, customer/product data and full-stack applications. Integration experience involving e-commerce platforms, CRM, POS, ERP or inventory systems is highly desirable. Candidates should hold a strong technical or quantitative university degree. When applying, candidates should be able to connect their previous AI work to commercial outcomes—for example improved conversion, better search relevance, higher customer engagement, reduced service workload or more accurate inventory/demand decisions.

Salary : Aed 50,000 per month plus benefits  (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
