GenAI Specialist

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit GenAI Specialists for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced Artificial Intelligence professionals with strong hands-on expertise developing enterprise applications using Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies. Candidates should possess practical experience across LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation and frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent technologies. The GenAI Specialist will design and develop production-grade Generative AI solutions including enterprise copilots, intelligent assistants, knowledge-management applications, document intelligence platforms, conversational AI, workflow automation and Agentic AI applications. Build and optimize RAG pipelines, determine appropriate chunking, retrieval and reranking strategies and integrate structured and unstructured enterprise information with foundation models. Evaluate commercial and open-source LLMs and make informed decisions around model selection, fine-tuning and deployment based on accuracy, latency, security, privacy and cost. Establish systematic evaluation methods for hallucination, relevance, factual accuracy and response quality and implement appropriate guardrails for enterprise deployment. Work alongside AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps teams and Product teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing platforms and business workflows. Candidates with additional experience in Agentic AI, multimodal models, LLMOps, model serving, responsible AI and deployment of secure GenAI solutions within large enterprise environments will be highly preferred.

Salary : SAR 30,000 to 45,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
