Director of Information Systems (IS)

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Director of Information Systems (IS) for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for senior IT leaders with approximately 12 to 18 years of progressive Information Technology experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or Director-level capacity. The Director of Information Systems will be responsible for creating an enterprise technology environment capable of supporting the organization's present operations and future expansion while ensuring reliability, security and appropriate return on technology investment. Assess the existing information systems landscape and establish a prioritized modernization roadmap covering ERP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity and business continuity. Lead major transformation programs including ERP migrations, systems integration, cloud adoption and automation while minimizing disruption to business operations. Establish governance around technology architecture, application lifecycle management, service delivery, information security, disaster recovery and change management. Work with business leaders to understand operational requirements and ensure that technology investments address clearly defined commercial or productivity objectives rather than functioning as isolated IT projects. Manage technology budgets, procurement, licensing, vendors and strategic outsourcing relationships and establish performance measures for both internal teams and external providers. Strengthen system availability and cybersecurity resilience while improving the employee technology experience and reducing unnecessary infrastructure and application costs. Build and develop a capable IS organization and provide executive management with clear reporting on technology performance, major programs, risks, expenditure and future investment requirements.

Salary : SAR 65,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
