Director of Industrial Cybersecurity

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Director of Industrial Cybersecurity for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.We are looking for senior Cyber-Physical Systems Security leaders with approximately 12 to 15 years of experience across enterprise networking, operational technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, smart-city technology, service management, and large-scale vendor environments. The Director of Industrial Cybersecurity will establish and lead the security framework protecting interconnected IT, OT and cyber-physical environments supporting critical infrastructure and digitally enabled operations. Take ownership of the security architecture and operational controls governing industrial networks, connected assets, control systems and enterprise technology interfaces, ensuring that appropriate segmentation exists between critical OT environments and conventional corporate networks. Develop capabilities across continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, threat detection, privileged access, incident response and operational resilience while ensuring that cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into technology projects from initial design through commissioning and live operation. Work alongside Network Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security Operations and external technology partners to identify vulnerabilities and reduce exposure across complex operational environments. Establish incident escalation and crisis-response mechanisms capable of protecting critical services without unnecessarily disrupting operational availability. Lead cybersecurity readiness assessments before new infrastructure and technology platforms enter production and ensure that vendors and systems integrators meet contractual security and service requirements. Develop executive-level reporting around vulnerabilities, cyber incidents, remediation, availability, third-party risk and security maturity while continually strengthening the organization's industrial cybersecurity posture.

Salary : SAR 80,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
