Director of AI Strategy & Transformation

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Director of AI Strategy & Transformation for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.We are looking for experienced AI consulting leaders capable of building and scaling an AI advisory practice while combining strong commercial acumen with a sophisticated understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, automation, data platforms, and enterprise digital transformation. The Director of AI Strategy & Transformation will work with senior government and enterprise stakeholders to determine where Artificial Intelligence can create tangible organizational value and translate those opportunities into executable transformation programs. Assess clients' existing data, technology, operating models and organizational readiness before defining AI priorities and investment roadmaps. Lead executive workshops and AI maturity assessments and develop business cases that clearly articulate expected improvements in productivity, customer experience, decision-making, revenue or operating cost. Build an advisory portfolio spanning Generative AI, intelligent automation, AI operating models, responsible AI, data readiness, governance and enterprise adoption. Guide clients through prioritization of use cases and ensure that technical teams understand the underlying business outcome rather than approaching engagements purely as technology implementations. Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams and strategic technology partners to convert advisory recommendations into deployable solutions. Take an active commercial role in developing proposals, shaping major opportunities and expanding strategic accounts while strengthening relationships with senior decision-makers. Build and mentor a high-performing AI advisory team and establish methodologies, delivery standards and intellectual property that can be reused across multiple transformation engagements.

Salary : SAR 70,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
