Data Analytics Manager – Qatar

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Data Analytics Manager for their client in Qatar. We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the same role. You will lead a team of analysts and data professionals, driving the analytics strategy and execution. Domain / Sub-domain: Enterprise analytics, performance management, advanced reporting. You will prioritize high-value use cases, manage delivery roadmaps, and ensure high-quality analytics outputs. Strong experience with BI tools, SQL, and stakeholder engagement is mandatory. You will coordinate with IT, finance, operations, and commercial teams to align data initiatives. Experience in setting up analytics governance, standards, and documentation is required. You will coach and mentor team members on best practices and modern analytics techniques. Background in consulting, telecom, banking, or government analytics is preferred. Excellent leadership, storytelling, and presentation skills are essential.

Salary: AED 28,750 – 39,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
