Cybersecurity Analyst (SOC) – Qatar

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Cybersecurity Analyst (SOC) for their client in Qatar. We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst (SOC) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in security monitoring and incident response within 24/7 operations. Domain / Sub-domain: SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence. You will be responsible for monitoring, detecting and responding to cybersecurity threats impacting critical national infrastructure. Key duties include alert handling, incident triage, log analysis and coordination with senior incident responders. Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar or Azure Sentinel, as well as EDR and SOAR tools, is required. Solid knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, basic malware analysis concepts and common attack vectors is essential. You will contribute to creating and maintaining SOC playbooks, tuning detection rules and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Relevant certifications such as CEH, Security+, CySA+ or equivalent are highly advantageous. Strong reporting and documentation skills, along with the ability to work in rotating shifts, are mandatory. Experience in regulated sectors like banking, telecom or government will be preferred.

Salary: AED 20,750 – 28,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
