CTO – Digital & AI – Saudi Arabia

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a CTO – Digital & AI for their client in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly experienced CTO – Digital & AI with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity. You will lead the overall technology and AI vision, architecture, and execution for a rapidly growing digital enterprise. The role requires deep expertise in modern digital ecosystems, engineering leadership, and AI transformation.
Domain / Sub-domain: Digital platforms, AI products, cloud, and security.
You will be responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, building a strong engineering culture, and defining the technology operating model. Experience leading large cross-functional teams in software engineering, data, cloud, and cybersecurity is essential. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CDO, and senior business leaders to ensure all technology initiatives align with enterprise strategic objectives.
A strong hands-on understanding of modern architectures, DevOps, AI/ML, and GenAI is required. You will also represent the technology function in board meetings, partnerships, and ecosystem discussions. Prior experience as a CTO or equivalent in scaling digital-first organizations is mandatory. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are critical for this role.

Salary: AED 44,750 – 65,500 per month + benefits
