Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit Chief Technology Officers for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for accomplished technology executives with extensive experience leading large and sophisticated technology organizations and delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation. Candidates should possess broad leadership experience across Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence and technology operations together with a proven ability to connect technology investment with commercial strategy. The Chief Technology Officer will define the organization's long-term technology vision and establish a roadmap capable of supporting business growth, digital innovation and operational scalability. Provide executive leadership across engineering and technology functions, modernize legacy architecture, accelerate cloud and platform transformation and establish high standards around reliability, security, engineering quality and delivery. Work alongside the CEO and executive leadership to evaluate new digital products, technology investments and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence. Own major technology budgets, strategic vendors, architecture decisions, engineering workforce planning and technology governance while developing a strong senior leadership team. Provide the Board and executive management with clear visibility over technology performance, transformation programs, cybersecurity risks, investment priorities and the organization's future technology capabilities.

Salary : SAR 45,000 to 65,500 per month plus family benefits and performance incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
