Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO)

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for internationally experienced AI executives with an exceptional track record of establishing and scaling enterprise Artificial Intelligence capabilities and converting advanced AI technologies into measurable strategic and commercial outcomes. Candidates should combine executive leadership with deep understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, data science, AI platforms, responsible AI and enterprise technology transformation. The Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer will establish the enterprise AI strategy and determine where Artificial Intelligence should be deployed to create sustainable competitive advantage, productivity improvements and new sources of value. Build the organization's AI operating model and oversee AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science and associated specialist capabilities while defining priorities for investment, talent, platforms and strategic partnerships. Work directly with the CEO, Board and business leadership to identify transformational AI opportunities and establish measurable ROI expectations for major initiatives. Create governance frameworks addressing responsible AI, model risk, data privacy, security and regulatory requirements while ensuring innovation is not constrained unnecessarily. Evaluate foundation models, AI platforms, strategic partnerships and emerging technologies and determine which capabilities should be developed internally versus acquired externally. Represent the organization's AI agenda with strategic partners and senior stakeholders while positioning Artificial Intelligence as a core component of the organization's long-term business strategy.

Salary : SAR 55,000 to 70,000 per month plus family benefits and performance incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
