Blockchain Engineer – UAE

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a Blockchain Engineer for their client in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. You will design and develop blockchain-based solutions for identity, payments, and tokenization initiatives. Domain / Sub-domain: Web3, smart contracts, enterprise blockchain. You will build smart contracts using Solidity or similar languages and integrate them with dApps and APIs. Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, or enterprise chains such as Hyperledger or Quorum is required. You will ensure security, gas optimization, and thorough testing of smart contracts. Familiarity with wallets, key management, and on-chain/off-chain data integration is essential. You will collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements. Experience in fintech or digital asset projects is preferred. A strong understanding of cryptography fundamentals and distributed systems is required.

Salary: AED 25,750 – 36,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after interviews.)
