AI Solutions Architect

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit an AI Solutions Architect - Construction, Real Estate & PropTech.Thousands of drawings, specifications, contracts, BOQs, RFIs, submittals, variations, progress reports and emails sit behind a major construction project. The opportunity for AI is not theoretical—the challenge is making this information usable and automating the workflows surrounding it. Davidson Tech Recruitment is searching for an AI Solutions Architect / hands-on Lead Engineer with previous Construction, Engineering, Real Estate or PropTech experience. The role could involve multimodal review of drawings and documents, contract and tender intelligence, RFI/submittal automation, cost and schedule analysis, project-report generation, construction knowledge systems, property-management automation, facilities maintenance, leasing intelligence and customer-facing property applications. Candidates coming from construction should understand project controls and construction documentation; candidates from real estate should understand development, leasing, property sales, facilities or asset management. Technically, the role requires strong practical experience with LLMs, multimodal AI, RAG, document intelligence, Python, agents, APIs, databases and application development. BIM, ERP, project-management, document-management, CRM or property-management integration experience would be valuable. Relevant degrees may include Computer Science, AI, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Software Engineering. Davidson will shortlist candidates who can show that they have already used AI to solve a recognisable construction or property problem and can clearly identify what they personally designed, coded, integrated and deployed.

Salary : Aed 40,000 per month plus benefits  (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
