AI Product Manager

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit AI Product Managers for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced Product Managers with approximately 5 to 8 years of product management or technology experience and a proven track record of developing data-driven, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence products. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, APIs, data products and modern software development while demonstrating excellent commercial judgment, customer understanding and product execution capabilities. The AI Product Manager will own the product lifecycle for AI-enabled products from market and customer discovery through product definition, development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement. Identify customer and business problems where Artificial Intelligence can create differentiated value and translate these requirements into clear product strategies, roadmaps, user stories and measurable success criteria. Work closely with AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, UX teams, Software Engineers and Architects to determine product requirements and balance model capability, customer experience, engineering complexity, latency, accuracy and operating cost. Define KPIs covering adoption, engagement, model quality, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution and ROI and use quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide product development priorities. Evaluate emerging developments across Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs and intelligent automation and determine where new capabilities should be incorporated into the product roadmap. Coordinate product launches with commercial and go-to-market teams and ensure AI products meet appropriate standards around privacy, security, responsible AI and regulatory compliance. Previous experience successfully taking an AI product from concept or prototype into large-scale commercial production would be highly advantageous.

Salary : SAR 35,000 to 50,000 per month plus family benefits and performance incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
