AI Product Manager – UAE

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit an AI Product Manager for their client in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an AI Product Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing AI and GenAI-focused products. Domain / Sub-domain: Customer experience, process automation, analytics-driven products. You will own the roadmap for AI and GenAI products—from discovery to launch and continuous optimization. You will define the product vision, OKRs, and backlog based on user research and data insights. Experience working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and MLOps teams is essential. You will translate complex AI capabilities into simple, valuable user-facing features. A strong understanding of LLMs, ML fundamentals, experimentation and measurement is required. A background in product discovery, A/B testing, and agile methodologies is expected. Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, telecom, or digital services will be an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills are mandatory.

Salary: AED 31,750 – 45,000 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
