AI Engineer

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit AI Engineers for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced AI Engineers with a minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant experience developing and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions within production environments. Candidates should possess strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn or equivalent ML frameworks, together with exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, containerization and production AI deployment. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing AI-powered applications addressing complex business and operational requirements. Build Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, develop inference services and APIs, optimize model performance and collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers and MLOps teams to transition AI solutions from experimentation into scalable production systems. Evaluate appropriate algorithms and architectures for different use cases, improve model accuracy and inference performance, troubleshoot production issues and contribute to reusable AI engineering frameworks. Candidates with additional exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Computer Vision, NLP, Agentic AI or multimodal systems will have an advantage.

Salary : SAR 29,000 to 41,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made post completion of interviews).
