AI Automation & Agentic Systems Engineer

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit an AI Automation & Agentic Systems Engineer for a Dubai-based organization implementing Artificial Intelligence across its daily business operations. We are looking for an engineer who can identify repetitive manual processes, understand the underlying business requirements and independently design, code and deploy intelligent automation capable of executing complex multi-step workflows. The successful candidate will develop AI agents for document processing, customer communication, CRM updates, data extraction, management reporting, internal approvals, knowledge retrieval, business-system integration and operational task automation. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Python, Large Language Models, OpenAI, Claude, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, APIs, databases, workflow orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or comparable technologies. Experience with n8n, Make, Power Automate or other workflow automation platforms would be advantageous, but candidates must possess genuine software engineering capabilities beyond configuring low-code tools. Strong understanding of authentication, access controls, exception handling, human approvals, audit trails, reliability, monitoring and secure production deployment is required. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, highly self-directed and capable of working directly with business stakeholders to translate operational inefficiencies into measurable automation improvements. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Information Technology or a related technical discipline is required. Davidson will shortlist candidates who can demonstrate multiple AI automation or agentic systems they personally developed, clearly explaining the business process automated, their technical contribution and measurable productivity or efficiency improvements.

Salary : Aed 35,000 per month plus benefits  (The salary mentioned in the advert is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews)
